In the course of implementation and with the financial support of the scientific and technical project for 2022-2024 (agreement No. 116-KMU3 dated 20.05.2022) “№ АР13068455 “Investigation of cemeteries of the lower course of the Keles River within the framework of archeological and interdisciplinary sciences” Research Institute of Archaeology of International Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Turkish-Kazakh University Dr. Slepchenko Serhiy Mykhailovych Ph.D., researcher of Tyumen Federal Research Center of Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences visited Khodzhi Akhmed Yasavi University. During the working trip, M. Bakhtibaev, S. Murgabayev, M. Gursoy and F. Sarzhanov visited archaeological sites of the Turkestan region and exchanged opinions on future projects. In addition, under the organization of M. Gursoya and F. Sarzhanov, ten held a seminar on “Archaeoparasitology” for students studying at the historical and medical faculty of our university. At the end of the lesson, the students received partial answers to several questions that indicated their interest in this topic. At the end of the visit, Slepchenko Sergey Mikhailovich met with the vice-rector for science and strategic development of our university A. Oshibaeva reported that the laboratory and infrastructure of the university are fully capable of conducting archeoparasitic research. At the end of the meeting, the parties signed an agreement on cooperation.
