Cooperation with foreign scientists was established for the development of archeometric research in Kazakhstan

Within the framework of the project АР13068455‘‘Research of burial mounds in the lower reaches of the Keles River in the framework of Archaeology and Interdisciplinary Sciences’, funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, excavations of the Myntobe burial ground were carried out. To determine the chemical composition of the found ceramic vessels, a partnership was established with Ali Akin Akiol, a specialist from the Hadji Bayram Veli University in Turkey. Our scientists got acquainted with the laboratory of the mentioned university and gained a lot of experience in archaeometric studies.
